CSRF in Panasonic SANYO CCTV Network Camera firmware 1.02-05 and 2.03-0x allows remote attackers to make administrator-level changes. The CGI administration interface accepts cross-origin POSTs to /cgi-bin/user_registration.cgi without validating request origin, letting forged fields enable anonymous login or replace account passwords. A logged-in administrator must visit attacker-controlled content, after which authentication can be disabled or the administrator password changed.

What happened
