Arbitrary file write via unchecked upload filename

Path traversal in FIT2CLOUD MeterSphere before 2.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to write files through crafted upload names. The FileUtils.createFile method passed an unvalidated attacker-controlled path to java.io.File, created missing parent directories, deleted an existing destination, and wrote the supplied bytes. Reaching the upload flow requires high privileges and user interaction; successful exploitation creates or replaces files at paths writable by the service.
