CVE-2022-46158Network attack vector

Unauthenticated file disclosure via direct upload access

Published Dec 8, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025

Information disclosure in PrestaShop before 1.7.8.8 allows remote attackers to read files in the upload directory over HTTP. Static-file handling served /upload paths directly, bypassing the UploadController checks that require an employee cookie or matching cart customization. Knowledge of an uploaded filename is required, and exposure is limited to that file's contents.
