Secure-world privilege escalation via unchecked parameter count

Improper array-index validation in OP-TEE OS before 3.19.0 allows local users to gain secure-world privileges via a crafted SMC call. cleanup_shm_refs() iterates to an untrusted num_params value after copy_in_params() rejects counts above four, reading beyond saved_attr and potentially passing fake objects to mobj_put(). Exploitation requires normal-world permission to execute SMC instructions; successful abuse crosses the TEE isolation boundary and gains secure-world privileges.
