Account takeover via unauthenticated user settings flow

Improper authentication in authentik before 2022.10.2 and 2022.11.0 through 2022.11.1 allows remote attackers to create accounts. The default-user-settings-flow accepts unauthenticated execution instead of requiring an authenticated user before applying user-setting changes. Administrator takeover additionally requires an email-verified password-recovery flow that permits the target account's email address to be overwritten.
