Authenticated memory disclosure via unchecked TFTP blocksize

Improper TFTP input validation in Siemens SCALANCE and RUGGEDCOM firmware allows remote authenticated users to read residual memory data. The TFTP request handler accepts a negotiated blocksize without correctly validating the specified quantity, then returns bytes from an uninitialized buffer that can retain previously allocated data. Administrative privileges and network reachability to TFTP are required; the documented impact is limited to disclosure of residual data.
