CLI password disclosure via recoverable flash encryption

Recoverable credential storage in Siemens SCALANCE and RUGGEDCOM firmware allows physically proximate attackers to obtain CLI passwords. Affected devices encrypt CLI user passwords in a file stored in flash memory with a scheme that permits the passwords to be decrypted after extraction. Exploitation requires physical access to retrieve the flash file; the exposed credentials can then enable access permitted to the compromised CLI accounts.
