Unrestricted file upload in fst_down.inc.php in AyaCMS 3.1.2 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files over the network. The endpoint accepts attacker-controlled uploads without an effective restriction on dangerous file types, but the exact validation error is undisclosed.
