Remote device restart via session parameter stack overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Hitachi Energy RTU500 Series firmware 13.3.1 and 13.3.2 allows remote attackers to restart the device. After the configured session-resumption interval expires, the HCI IEC 60870-5-104 stack overflows while processing an RTU500-initiated session-parameter update. The path is reachable without authentication only when IEC 62351-3 support is enabled, and the resulting device restart interrupts control communications.
