Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Arbitrary file upload in FlatPress before 1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute code by uploading a PHP file. The uploader's onupload function validates the temporary upload path rather than the submitted filename before moving the file into a web-accessible media directory. Authenticated access to the uploader is required; opening the stored PHP file lets the web server execute attacker-supplied commands.
