Stored XSS via unrestricted SVG file upload

Stored XSS in FlatPress before 1.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in browsers that open an uploaded SVG file. The admin uploader's onupload() routine accepts image/svg+xml content because SVG is absent from its forbidden-extension list, then stores the file under a web-accessible path. An authenticated administrator must upload the SVG, and script execution occurs when a user opens the stored file in a browser.
