Utility crash via unchecked packet-buffer index

Out-of-bounds write in PPP pppdump before 2.5.0 allows attackers to crash the utility via a crafted packet-dump file. The dumpppp parser stores decoded bytes at pkt->buf[pkt->cnt++] without first checking the fixed buffer's bounds. A user must explicitly run the non-setuid pppdump utility on the input; it is never invoked automatically, and Ubuntu disputes any security impact.
