CVE-2022-4602Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Cross-site scripting via unsanitized Title

Published Dec 18, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025

Cross-site scripting in Shoplazza LifeStyle 1.1 allows remote authenticated users to alter rendered pages via the Review Flow Title field. The /admin/api/theme-edit/ Review Flow Handler processes the Title argument without neutralizing page-generation metacharacters, allowing stored script content to reach administrative or storefront responses. An authenticated user must submit the crafted title and another user must load the rendered content; reported impact is page integrity and limited confidentiality, with no availability impact.
