Stored XSS via unsanitized bulletin content

Stored cross-site scripting in Alist 3.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a visitor's browser via the bulletin board. The bulletin editor accepts a script element and stores it as bulletin content, which the homepage renders without neutralization and executes on visit. An attacker needs bulletin-edit access and a victim must load the homepage; the maintainers closed the report as invalid.
