Arbitrary file upload via unvalidated relative paths

Path traversal in Alist before 3.6.0 allows remote authenticated users with file upload permission to upload files outside their base path. The /api/fs/put handler joins the user's base path with an unvalidated File-Path value, allowing ../ segments to normalize into a path outside that base. An account granted only file upload permission can write attacker-chosen content to arbitrary paths reachable through the configured storage.
