Stored script execution via unescaped host descriptions

Stored XSS in the exposed-hosts report in OpenIPAM django-openipam before 2022-11-11 allows remote authenticated users to run script. The report's DataTable renders the description field as HTML; the fix passes it through a jQuery text node and returns escaped HTML. Exploitation requires permission to store a crafted host description and another user to open the report, where the script runs in the viewer's browser session.
