Authenticated credential disclosure via integrated web server
Published Dec 13, 2022 · Updated Apr 21, 2025
Improper access control in Siemens APOGEE PXC and TALON TC field panels allows remote authenticated users to download stored account credentials. The integrated web server permits a low-privilege account to retrieve credential-bearing device data, but Siemens has not disclosed the endpoint or failed authorization check. Network access to the web server and low-privilege authentication are required; exposed credentials can provide high-privilege access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
