Crash or code execution via DVB teardown race

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel DVB core through 6.0.10 allows physically proximate attackers to crash the system or execute code. dvb_ca_en50221_release tears down the conditional-access device without waiting for an opened file to close, allowing a concurrent path to access freed state. Triggering the race requires an opened DVB conditional-access device to be disconnected during teardown, limiting exposure to hosts with that hardware path.
