Phishing redirects via unvalidated logout return parameter

Open redirect in ILIAS before 7.16 allows remote attackers to send users to arbitrary websites through a crafted logout URL. The shib_logout.php endpoint accepts the return parameter without validation and uses it as the redirect destination. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the crafted ILIAS link; the trusted-looking redirect supports phishing but does not itself alter ILIAS data.
