Service crash via unterminated Request-URI buffer

Heap buffer over-read in drachtio-server before 0.8.19 allows remote attackers to crash the SIP service with a long INVITE Request-URI. normalizeSipUri passed a 255-byte strncpy result to sip_name_addr_d without ensuring NUL termination, so parsing continued past the copied Request-URI. No authentication or user interaction is required; one crafted SIP INVITE can crash the process, and the published assessment also records confidentiality loss.
