Code execution via evaluated TorchScript type comments

Code injection in PyTorch before 1.13.1 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted TorchScript type comment. torch.jit.annotations.parse_type_line passes the argument and return portions of a type comment directly to Python eval without rejecting function calls. Execution requires untrusted text to reach this parsing path; successful exploitation runs commands with the privileges of the hosting Python process.
