Browser script execution via unescaped country value

Cross-site scripting in oc-server3 allows remote attackers to execute script in a visitor's browser via a crafted usercountry request value. The set_usercountry function stores the unchecked value in a cookie, and start.tpl inserts usercountryCode into an href attribute without escaping. A visitor must load the crafted request; execution remains within that visitor's browser context, enabling page manipulation and same-origin data access.
