Subscriber-level site changes via unchecked AJAX actions
Published Dec 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Missing authorization in RoboSoft Robo Gallery 3.2.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter site content through AJAX. Several AJAX action handlers omit capability checks, letting subscriber-level accounts create articles, list posts, toggle add-ons, and reset gallery view counts. Subscriber access is required; exploitation can change content and configuration or disclose post listings, but it does not interrupt service.
