Plugin activation via missing getPluginStatus nonce validation

CSRF in RoboSoft Robo Gallery 3.2.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to activate plugins through an administrator's forged request. The getPluginStatus function accepts the state-changing request without valid nonce verification, allowing execution in the administrator's authenticated session. Successful exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to click a malicious link or visit a crafted page; reported effects include plugin activation and gallery-hierarchy modification.
