Unauthorized Modbus functions via replayed authenticated sessions

Authentication bypass in all Schneider Electric Modicon and EcoStruxure versions allows remote attackers to run unauthorized Modbus functions. The UMAS EnhancedCyberReserve mechanism binds requests to public, globally reusable nonces, omits a secret from request signing, and provides no per-request freshness. Network access that permits capture of an authenticated Modbus session is required; replayed traffic invokes controller functions with the captured session's authority.
