Root command execution via unsanitized timezone parameter

OS command injection in APsystems ECU-R 5203 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root through the administration interface. The /management/set_timezone handler fails to sanitize the timezone parameter before using it in an operating-system command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants complete control of the gateway.
