Unauthenticated reboot via oversized ping1 request

Missing authentication in Tenda W6-S 1.0.0.4(510) allows remote attackers to reboot the router through its management interface. The /goform/SysToolRestoreSet endpoint passes an unauthenticated POST containing linkEn=1 and an oversized ping1 value to tpi_systool_handle(0), which restarts the device. No credentials or user interaction are required; any host that can reach the HTTP management interface can interrupt service by forcing a reboot.
