Unauthenticated device reboot via SysToolReboot endpoint

Missing authentication in Tenda W6-S firmware 1.0.0.4(510) allows remote attackers to reboot the device through its web interface. The tpi_systool_handle(0) handler accepts a POST request to /goform/SysToolReboot with an empty user cookie and invokes the reboot operation without authorization. Network access to the management interface is sufficient, and exploitation interrupts router services until the device finishes restarting.
