Resource exhaustion in Dahua DSS Server on Windows allows remote attackers to launch ICMP floods at designated hosts without authentication. Dahua has not identified the affected endpoint or handler; the exposed interface accepts a crafted packet and sends ICMP requests without rate limits. Exploitation requires bypassing the firewall access-control policy, and the resulting traffic can interrupt the designated target host.
