Application crash via cross-thread InputStream release

Use-after-free in Mozilla Firefox before 107, Firefox ESR before 102.5, and Thunderbird before 102.5 allows remote attackers to crash applications. Blob object-URL loading can release an nsIInputStream on a thread different from the thread that created it, leaving a stale heap reference. A victim must load attacker-controlled content that reaches this client-side race; the documented consequence is an application crash.
