Password disclosure via plaintext job configuration storage

Credential exposure in Jenkins NS-ND Integration Performance Publisher 4.8.0.143 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read passwords. The plugin serializes configured NetStorm server passwords as unencrypted values in each job config.xml file on the Jenkins controller. Item/Extended Read permission exposes the files through Jenkins, while local controller-file access exposes the same credentials directly.
