Traffic interception via globally disabled TLS validation

Improper certificate validation in NS-ND Integration Performance Publisher 4.8.0.143 and earlier allows attackers to alter HTTPS traffic. The plugin globally replaces certificate and hostname validation across the Jenkins controller JVM with unconditional acceptance. Any controller HTTPS connection can therefore trust an attacker-controlled endpoint when an attacker can intercept its network traffic.
