Stored XSS via unsafe test-report URL linkification

Stored XSS in Jenkins JUnit Plugin 1159.v0b_396e1e07dd and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via test report URLs. CaseResult test-output rendering turns HTTP(S) property values from attacker-controlled JUnit XML into links after only a scheme-prefix check, without parsing the URL. Item/Configure permission is required to publish a crafted report, and script execution occurs when another user views the stored result.
