Published Dec 15, 2022 · Updated Apr 21, 2025

Stored XSS in Exact Synergy Enterprise 267 before 267SP13 and 500 before 500SP6 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript via SVG uploads. The profile-picture uploader accepts and stores SVG images containing arbitrary JavaScript, and Workspace pages can embed the stored file in an iframe. Exploitation requires a victim to open the image or attacker-crafted Workspace, executing the payload in that victim's browser context.
