Unauthenticated login throttling bypass via spoofed X-Forwarded-For

IP address spoofing in LOGIN AND REGISTRATION ATTEMPTS LIMIT 2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass login throttling. The Ip.php address resolver trusts an attacker-supplied X-Forwarded-For header for request logging and lockout decisions instead of binding them to the peer address. No authentication is required; exploitation evades IP-based blocking and permits further password guesses, but does not itself grant account access.
