Remote code execution via hotspot nova message

Out-of-bounds read in MikroTik RouterOS before 7.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted nova message. The hotspot process fails to validate a signed u32_id value from a nova message, accepts a negative index, reads outside a dispatch table, and uses the resulting data as an indirect-call function pointer. Exploitation requires an authenticated account on the device through an exposed management interface; the proof of concept demonstrates a crash and describes code execution capability.
