Administrator credential disclosure via unauthenticated endpoint

Missing authorization in YJCMS 1.0.9 allows remote attackers to obtain the Administrator account password through a direct web request. The /index/user/user_edit.html endpoint returns the system user account and MD5 password hash without checking authentication. No account or user interaction is required; disclosure of the hash enables offline cracking and subsequent administrative login.
