Script execution via unneutralized txtfullname output

Cross-site scripting in Web-Based Student Clearance System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts through txtfullname. Admin/add-admin.php accepts a crafted txtfullname value and places it into web content without neutralizing script or HTML markup. Administrative privileges are required to submit the payload, and another user must interact with the resulting content; script execution occurs in that user's browser context.
