File-content disclosure via file URL parse oracle

Arbitrary file read in perfSONAR before 4.4.6 allows remote attackers to test file contents through the pScheduler API. The HTTP test type accepts a file: URL and applies an attacker-controlled parse string to the referenced local file, returning whether that string occurs. No authentication or user interaction is required, but disclosure is limited to a string-presence oracle rather than retrieval of complete file contents.
