Process crash via unterminated DIMS encoding string

Stack buffer over-read in GPAC 2.1-DEV-rev428-gcb8ae46c8-master allows local users to crash MP4Box via a crafted DIMS file. In dimC_box_read, a 1,024-byte encoding string can fill the stack buffer without a null terminator before gf_strdup reads beyond its boundary. Opening the file with MP4Box triggers an AddressSanitizer abort; arbitrary code execution was asserted but not demonstrated.
