Service interruption via unbounded TIFF sample count

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Pillow 9.2.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt service by supplying a crafted TIFF image. TiffImagePlugin.py accepts an oversized SAMPLESPERPIXEL tag and extends a tuple from that unbounded value while preparing the decoder context, consuming excessive memory and runtime. Exploitation requires an application to process the attacker-controlled image and can exhaust resources or stall that process, without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
