BLE service interruption via plaintext encryption-pause request

Denial of service in Microchip RN4870 firmware 1.43 allows physically proximate attackers to interrupt BLE communication via a crafted request. The BLE state machine accepts a plaintext PauseEncReq before pairing completes, returns PauseEncResp instead of ignoring the invalid message, enters an incorrect state, and discards subsequent central-device messages. Exploitation requires BLE radio range and an existing connection, and the resulting state prevents pairing and communication with the affected central device.
