Booking deletion via missing ownership authorization

Improper access control in Archibus Web Central 2022.03.01.107 allows remote authenticated users to delete another user's booking. The exposed booking-cancellation service performs the deletion without verifying that the requesting basic user belongs to or created the booking. Any basic account can remove another user's reservation, causing a bounded loss of booking availability without reported access to other data.
