Credential disclosure via plaintext vSphere chart values

Credential exposure in SUSE Rancher 2.7.0 through 2.8.8 and 2.9.0 through 2.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read vSphere passwords. Rancher writes CPI and CSI credentials directly into chartValues fields of provisioning.cattle.io and rke.cattle.io.rkecontrolplane objects and into downstream-cluster plan files instead of Kubernetes Secrets. Cluster membership or privileged host access is required, and the flaw applies only when Rancher provisions clusters through the vSphere cloud provider.
