Stored XSS via insufficient social-field escaping

Stored XSS in Moodle LMS 3.11.0 through 3.11.10 and 4.0.0 through 4.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to run script in other users' browsers. The social user profile field type fails to escape attacker-controlled field values before rendering them into profile pages. Exploitation requires an authenticated account that can edit those fields and a victim who views the stored profile, placing page data and actions available to that victim in the script's reach.
