JSON output manipulation via unescaped error fields

JSON injection in Apache Tomcat 8.5.83, 9.0.40 through 9.0.68, and 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.1 allows remote attackers to manipulate error responses. JsonErrorReportValve concatenates user-influenced type, message, and description strings into a JSON document without escaping quotation marks, backslashes, or control characters. The valve must generate an error response containing attacker-controlled data; the resulting malformed or attacker-shaped JSON can mislead downstream consumers.
