Authentication bypass in affected WAGO controller and panel firmware allows remote attackers to compromise devices through the WBM API. The web-based management configuration backend accepts unauthenticated API calls that read and set device parameters reserved for authenticated users. Network access to an enabled WBM service is sufficient; parameter disclosure and modification can fully compromise the appliance.
