Settings changes via cross-site request forgery
Published Nov 18, 2022 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in miniOrange JWT Authentication for WP REST APIs 2.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to change settings. Patchstack has not published the affected request handler or the missing validation operation, so the code-level mechanism is undisclosed. Exploitation requires a logged-in privileged user to visit or submit attacker-controlled content, after which unwanted actions run with that user's authority.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
