Cross-site scripting in Expense Tracker 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary scripts in a chat viewer's browser. The Chat text field accepts crafted HTML or script that the application renders as executable markup without neutralization. An authenticated account and a viewer opening the affected chat are required, exposing data and actions available in that viewer's browser context.
