Service crash via unsanitized URL fragment

DOM-based XSS in Rukovoditel 3.2.1 allows remote attackers to execute script and crash the service through a crafted login-page URL. The login-page registration code reads location.hash and passes its value to jQuery.parseHTML without adequate sanitization, inserting attacker-controlled markup into the DOM. Exploitation requires user interaction; injected registration requests can create accounts repeatedly until the service crashes.
